The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, intends to award a one-time, firm-fixed-price contract in support of the US Army Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command (AMCOM) for procurement of specific Apache M-TADS/M-PNVS spares. This acquisition is restricted to Lockheed Martin Corporation as the sole source, pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2), given the limited number of responsible sources. The contract encompasses recurring and nonrecurring engineering services, supply chain management, logistics, material forecasting, and production responsibilities. Offerors must meet prequalification requirements to be eligible, with the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Aviation & Missile Center acting as the engineering source authority. The procurement will be based on forecasted demands with a focus on economic order quantities to optimize ordering and reduce risks associated with obsolescence or excess inventory. The government reserves the right to adjust quantities, cancel the procurement, or award partial orders as deemed advantageous. Export restrictions apply due to potential inclusion of controlled technical data under the Arms Export Control Act and Export Administration Act. The solicitation and all related communications must be conducted via email, with no telephone inquiries accepted, and will be published on SAM.gov with Lewis Fournet as the primary contact. The solicitation’s deadline for response is May 24, 2026, and interested firms, including those representing small and disadvantaged business categories, are encouraged to seek source approval for participation in future opportunities.
