5P468-23-0136/B Road Maintenance - Banff National Park REISSUE OF BID SOLICITATION This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 5P468-23-0136/A dated July 26, 2023, with a closing of August 09, 2023, at 2:00 PM MDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. The posting for bid solicitation number 5P468-23-0136/B is a direct invite to suppliers. Bidders wishing to be included in the direct invite solicitation must contact the contracting authority directly at kenneth.lacanilao@pc.gc.ca. REQUIREMENT Parks Canada has a requirement for road maintenance in Banff National Park to be completed by November 17, 2023. The Contractor will seal cracks in the asphalt and apply an isolated slurry seal to aged/segregated asphalt. The locations for Crack Sealing and Spray Patching are to be prioritized in order from the below list or as directed by the Departmental Representative: .1 Administration Parking Lot .2 Cave and Basin Parking Lot .3 Legacy Trail km 0 to 22.14 (Estimated crack sealing only) .4 Banff Avenue km 0 to 2.93 (Estimated crack sealing only) .5 Compound Road km 0 to 0.7 (Estimated crack sealing only) .6 Mount Norquay Road (South) km 0 to 0.49 (Estimated crack sealing only) .7 Golf Course Road km 2.9 to 8.0 (Estimated crack sealing only) To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $100,001 > $ 250,000, Taxes extra.
