Collin County Public Works Department is soliciting bids for Asphaltic Concrete under solicitation number 2026-280 to support the construction and maintenance of over 600 miles of county roads and bridges, with the goal of providing safe driving conditions through durable, high-quality pavement that meets TxDOT standards.
