LEGAL NOTICE The Fulton County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for the Roadway Improvements for County Road H & SR109 & Traffic Signal, at the Fulton County Engineer’s Office, 9120 County Road 14, Wauseon, Ohio or submitted electronically through the www.bidexpress.com web service until 9:00 A.M., Friday, October 3, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.Engineer’s Estimate: $1,661,692.00 Plans, specifications, proposals, and estimated quantities may be obtained or examined at the office of Frank T. Onweller, P.E., P.S., Fulton County Engineer, 9120 County Road 14, Wauseon, Ohio on weekdays, excluding holidays, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. local time, or from www.bidexpress.com or from www.fultoncountyoh.com/engineer under “Bid Postings”.Pursuant to the provisions of Section 153.54, each bidder shall be required to file with his bid one of the following options: 1. A bond in accordance with division (B) of Section 153.54 of the Revised Code, providing for the Bid Guaranty and the Contract Bond in the full amount of the bid, or, 2.
