ROCK EXCAVATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF A GRAVEL SURFACING STRUCTURE on Highway No. 135 from 29.1 kms north the junction of Highway No. 106 to 45.2 kms north; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 16.1 km. Bidders shall submit all inquiries pertaining to the Bid Package documents a minimum of 3 business days prior to close of bidding directed to: Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement RFXquestions@gov.sk.ca Bidders may request a debriefing session from Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement by emailing constructionsbp@gov.sk.ca within 30 days after the award notification date. The intention of the debriefing is to aid the Bidder by identifying areas of improvement that may be applied to subsequent procurement opportunities.
