AI Contract Overview

The contract outlines a morale campaign developed by the 78th Force Support Squadron Marketing office at Robins Air Force Base, known as "Red for the War Fighter Friday," which is part of the broader "Paint the Town Red" initiative. This program aims to boost morale among all personnel at Robins AFB — including active duty members, civilians, officers, enlisted personnel, contractors, and their families — through community and business engagement. Each month, an office that participates by submitting a photo showing their support with the campaign colors will be rewarded with a pizza party. The campaign seeks sponsorship from one business per industry sector, offering exclusivity to sponsors who will have their logos displayed on event T-shirts, pizza box labels, and all promotional materials disseminated throughout the base starting in January. Sponsorship is a commercial opportunity supporting the morale campaign, promoted by a non-appropriated fund instrumentality of the U.S. government, meaning it does not obligate government appropriated funds. The campaign emphasizes the essential world-wide impact of the personnel at Robins AFB, focusing on fostering pride and community morale. Interested sponsors are encouraged to contact the Commercial Sponsorship Coordinator, Melony JaLynn Hudnall, for details regarding sponsorship costs and program support. The program is structured to build momentum through community involvement, exclusive industry representation, and extensive base-wide visibility.

Full Description

In accordance with AFI 34-108, para. 3, the 78th Force Support Squadron Marketing office has created a moral campaign that offers a unique opportunity for individuals, companies and private organizations to show their support of the War Fighter. "Red for the War Fighter Friday" is part of our new Paint the Town Red campaign. Once a month, we will award a Pizza Party lunch to an entire office on Robins AFB. To enter, all they have to do is submit a photo of their office sporting their Red for the War Fighter colors. The 78th FSS is designing programs that will help build and grow the morale here at Robins AFB for all our airmen - enlisted, officer and civilian - but we can't do that without community support. Your contribution will provide the momentum to propel this program forward. Only 1 business within each industry sector will be included, so for instance once a bank becomes a "Red for the War Fighter" sponsor, no other banks will be able to jump in. As a sponsor, you will have your company logo on specially designed T-shirts, as well as special pizza box labels announcing your support of the men and women at Robins AFB. Not to mention that we will be plastering the base with the campaign beginning in January, so coverage will be pretty phenomenal. The way we see it, every single person working at Robins AFB - active duty, civilian and contractor and their family - are all War Fighters. As a maintenance complex, the men and women here have a direct impact across the world and we want them to be proud of where they work and what they do. The 78th FSS is seeking sponsorship to provide support for "Red for the War Fighter Friday." This is an opportunity to support our forces and help boost morale. This program is open to all employees at Robins AFB. Sponsorship recognition will include company logo on the event t-shirts, pizza boxes and mention on all advertisements. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship by a non-appropriated fund instrumentality of the US Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the government. For more information on the cost of this program please contact the Commercial Sponsorship Coordinator, JaLynn Hudnall (contact@example.gov).
