The Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support ASC Commodities Division is soliciting the procurement of 460 roller bearings under NSN 3110-00-678-7048. This acquisition is issued under the First Destination Transportation program with a delivery requirement of 171 days after order, targeting a required delivery date of February 19, 2027. The items must be delivered FOB Origin to the DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland facility in Pennsylvania. A critical eligibility requirement is that the bearings must be manufactured in the United States or its outlying areas, and the use of additive manufacturing processes is prohibited unless specifically authorized. The contract mandates strict adherence to quality and packaging standards, including MIL-STD-2073-1E for packaging, MIL-STD-129 for marking, and MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 for sampling and inspection, which occurs at the origin. Technical data associated with this procurement is subject to export controls under ITAR or EAR, requiring contractors to have approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification. Administrative requirements include the use of the Wide Area WorkFlow system for invoicing and compliance with various FAR and DFARS clauses regarding cybersecurity, hazardous materials, and small business representations.
