B&W Y-12, L.L.C., (hereafter known as "Y-12"; for additional company information, see website www.y12.doe.gov ), acting under its Prime Contract No. DE-AC05-00OR22800 with the United States Department of Energy (DOE), is soliciting an Expression of Interest (EOI) for Rolling and Forming Rolling Mill at the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. It is the intent of Y-12 to secure machines and equipment capable of meeting the design and fabrication requirements for this project. This request for EOI does not constitute an invitation for sealed bids, a request for proposals, or offers. The purpose of this request is to identify prospective and qualified firms. Responses received will be used for planning purposes and determining candidates for subsequent procurement actions, if any.
