The hospital is located south of the campus at 757 Westwood Plaza in the City of Los Angeles. The scope of this project includes the renovation of approximately 67,300 square feet on the facility's 4th floor. The work involves the reconfiguration of the existing North, West, and East Psychiatric Nursing Units within the Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital, as well as the administrative office space located in the "Neck" area of the floor. Upon completion, these areas will be converted into three acute care Medical/Surgical Nursing Units. Construction will be executed in concurrent phases.
