The New Colony Development Corporation is seeking a qualified individual or firm to provide professional design services for the replacement of several sections of roof at 273 Riverside Avenue. Specifications for the RFP may be obtained through the New Colony Development Corporation. There will be one site walk opportunity on Tuesday April 30 2024 at 9:00am at 273 Riverside Avenue, Bristol CT. It is the sole responsibility of the responder to see that the proposal is in the hands of the proper authority prior to the opening. Electronic proposals must be received on or before May 22, 2024 at 11:00am at which time they will be opened. All questions regarding this proposal should be directed in writing to Dale Kroop; Executive Director at contact@example.gov. No questions will be answered 5 days before the opening of the RFP.
