Proposals will be accepted at the Historic Walton Co. Courthouse, 111 S. Broad Street, Monroe, Georgia 30655 until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, November 21, 2024. A mandatory Pre-Proposal conference will be held at the site at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 12th. Anyone wishing to submit a proposal must attend this meeting. Proposal documents may be obtained by email to Rhonda Hawk, contact@example.gov or to Gretchen Thurmond, contact@example.gov. A bid bond or certified cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total proposal amount is to be enclosed with the proposal at the time of submittal. Both a Performance and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. Proof of General Liability Insurance and Workman¿s Compensation Insurance will be required with the Walton County Board of Commissioners named as additional insured.
