The St. Johns County School District hereby announces its intention to obtain Roofing Contractor Prequalification for the administrative building located at 40 Orange Street St. Augustine, FL 32084. This project involves the replacement of a 100+ year-old barrel tile roof on a three-story building in historic downtown St. Augustine, constructed as the city’s school in 1909 / 1910, which now serves as the SJCSD Administrative Headquarters.
