This opportunity is designated as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under solicitation 2011-Q-13244. While the government intends to negotiate with Flexible Lifeline Systems as the sole source due to their original design and certification of the systems, other qualified sources may submit item descriptions and pricing information to the contracting officer within 15 days of the posting date. All interested vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for a federal contract award.
