On January 20, 2025, President Trump issued an Executive Order (FR Doc. 2025-01907) requiring federal employees return to in-person work. The directive aims to increase productivity and reduce government waste, requiring departments to submit, implement, and report on return-to-office plans.


The purpose of this commercial, non-personal services order is to design, configure, deploy and manage a secure, user-friendly tool to track USDA employees' return to the office in compliance with the President’s Return To Office Executive Order (EO) and OMB-OPM Joint Memo Re: Agency Return To Office Implementation Plans.
