SLING, MULTIPLE LEG
Solicitation # SPE8EE-26-Q-0492
This firm-fixed-price solicitation, issued by DLA Troop Support, is a total small business set-aside for the procurement of 167 multiple leg slings (NSN 3940-01-541-0894). The contract includes a separate line item for First Article Testing (FAT) to ensure quality conformance. Key delivery requirements include a 700-day period and delivery to the DLA Distribution Center in New Cumberland. The procurement is subject to rigorous technical, quality, and security standards. Compliance with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 is required, and the contract involves covered defense information and export-controlled technical data subject to ITAR or EAR regulations. Quality assurance includes inspection and acceptance at the origin, with the government conducting Production Lot Testing (PLT) to validate conformance.
