The contract structure includes a base ordering period from December 15, 2026, to December 14, 2027, with four subsequent option years and a final six-month extension. Work is performed via individual task orders, and the government intends to award a target of two contracts while establishing an on-ramp pool of up to three additional offerors. Proposals must be submitted electronically via DOD SAFE by November 5, 2026, and must include a price proposal and past performance information.
