Rough Machined Spindles for the Watervliet Arsenal

Solicitation W911PT26QA140, issued on September 21, 2026, by the Watervliet Arsenal, is a total small business set-aside for the procurement of 390 rough machined spindles for the 155mm M776 Cannon. The items must be manufactured according to Drawing 11581551 Rev D, with wrought steels conforming to standard AISI grades; merchant quality, leaded, resulfurized, or rephosphorized steels and castings are explicitly prohibited. The contract requires the delivery of specific contract data per CDRL 2, 3, 9, 12, and 23, as well as general data drawings.
