Roxbury CDBG Home Repair Project --635 Hall Road Roxbury, NY 12474

The M-ARK Project Inc is soliciting bids for residential rehabilitation services for an owner-occupied property located at 635 Hall Road, Roxbury, NY 12474. This project is funded through the Town of Roxbury’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Owner-Occupied Home Repair Program. The scope of work includes replacing twelve windows with Marvin or equivalent in-kind units, repairing and replacing cedar siding and deteriorated structural beams with pressure-treated lumber, and performing a full exterior preparation and painting. Additionally, the contractor must remove the existing roofing system and install architectural shingles with associated flashing, ice shields, drip edges, and ridge vents.
