The City is seeking services of qualified consultant(s) to provide transportation and traffic engineering services for a variety of projects. This request for proposals has been issued for the purpose of selecting multiple traffic engineering firms, as deemed necessary, to act as “on-call” independent contractors to perform the type and scope of work listed below as requested by the City. The City intends to enter into non-exclusive multi-year agreements with multiple traffic engineering firms as deemed necessary to fulfill the City’s needs. The multi-year agreements will consist of 3 years with 3 additional one-year extension options by mutual consent.
