Marine Corps Systems Command awarded an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to Oshkosh Defense, LLC on December 9, 2025, for the conversion of existing Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement (MTVR) Extra Long Wheelbase cargo armored vehicles into Condition Code A Resupply Vehicles (RSVs) in the AMK37 or AMK37A1 configuration. This effort is designed to support the activation of up to 14 Navy Marine Corps Expeditionary Ship Interdiction System (NMESIS) batteries and other long-range fire capabilities. In addition to the vehicle conversions, the contractor is responsible for providing technical documentation, maintenance and operator training materials, and special tools and test equipment necessary for sustainment. The contract was pursued on a sole-source basis under 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), as Oshkosh Defense, LLC is the only responsible source with the proprietary technical data and design knowledge required to perform the work without causing substantial schedule delays or duplication of costs. The government holds limited rights to the technical data package, which further justifies the non-competitive award. Performance takes place at the contractor's facility in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, with final acceptance conducted by the Marine Corps in Quantico, Virginia. The contract features a five-year ordering period spanning fiscal years 2024 through 2028.

Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration
Solicitation # M6785426I4208
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting market research via Request for Information M67854-26-I-4208 to identify commercial partners for the Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration. The primary objective is to secure skilled, professional IT touch-labor services under a Government-Owned, Government-Operated, Contractor-Supported (GOGOCS) model. While the focus remains on providing DCWF-certified personnel, the government is seeking innovative ways to integrate AI and automation as embedded components of the service delivery model to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual labor costs over time. The government is specifically exploring service-based ordering models, such as procuring hours of service or specific outcomes rather than individual labor categories. For pricing purposes, any contractor-provided proprietary tooling costs must be included within fully burdened labor rates, as this is a services acquisition. Interested respondents must submit a capabilities narrative limited to five pages, a vendor comment matrix in Excel format with a 300-word limit per cell, and optional supplementary materials not exceeding fifteen pages. The current response deadline is November 3, 2026, at 1:00 P.M.
