RTU Replacement Project

The City of Columbus, through its Department of Public Utilities Division of Water, is soliciting services to replace outdated Remote Terminal Units and Programmable Logic Controllers at the Dublin Road Water Plant, Hap Cremean Water Plant, Parsons Avenue Water Plant, and associated facilities. All proposals must be submitted by July 31, 2026, in response to solicitation number RFQ033158, which was posted on June 29, 2026. The work is restricted to facilities within Ohio, with no set-aside provisions specified. Bidders are expected to demonstrate expertise in water utility automation systems and must be prepared to deliver engineering services that align with operational requirements across multiple plant sites.
