RTU Replacements at Wyoming State Penitentiary for the Physical Plant/Warehouse Bldg

The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Corrections (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on January 29, 2025, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the Physical Plant/Warehouse Building RTU replacement, located at the Wyoming State Penitentiary in Rawlins, WY. Project Description: This project will consist of replacing three RTU’s on the Physical Plant/Warehouse Building. These three units need to be a direct replacement. Direct replacement means correctly fits the current curb, size and capacity of unit. Companies wishing to download plans must have a publicpurchase.com account. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. MT on January 10, 2025. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on January 22, 2025. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on January 10, 2025, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. January 29, 2025 .
