A total of seven units are required, each priced at $7.00, with a total value of $49.00. The items must be packaged in medium duty, waterproof, greaseproof, and opaque bags compliant with MIL-DTL-117, Type II, Class C, Style 1, due to susceptibility to UV degradation, and this packaging requirement applies to all delivery types including direct vendor delivery, foreign military sales, and stock shipments. Packaging and marking must strictly follow MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129, with special marking code 20-20 indicating “Do not bend.” Palletization must adhere to DLA packaging requirements, and hazardous materials handling procedures are governed by IP025. The units are not eligible for standard commercial packaging or inclusion in the First Destination Packaging Program. Delivery is FOB origin with a 168-day lead time, and the original required delivery date is February 11, 2027, with a needed ship date of January 5, 2027. Inspection and acceptance occur at destination, with no variance permitted in quantity. The item must be shipped to the DLA Distribution facility at New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, as specified, and transport logistics follow DLAD procedural notes C19 and C20. Compliance with the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements is mandatory, and the governing revision is determined by the solicitation or award date depending on acquisition size.
