NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the supply of quantity 7x Rubber Track System. The full description of the requirement can be found under Annex A "Statement of Requirement" in the Request for Prosposal (RFP). Indigenous conditional set-asides: This procurement is conditionally set-aside. This means that that the procurement is open to both Indigenous and non- Indigenous businesses. However, if two or more Indigenous businesses submit a responsive bid, then the procurement is set aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB), and only the Indigenous firms who submitted a bid would be assessed. The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
