Ruggedized transport cases for Department of National Defence (DND) Deployed Networks

NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT Ruggedized transport cases for the Department of National Defence (DND) Deployed Networks. The Department of National Defence's (DND) 7 Comm Group, J6 Deployed Services Section requires a multi-year contract, providing ruggedized transport cases for the transportation of deployed networks. The required cases, detailed at Annex "Statement of Requirement", must have inner frames in 6U, 7U and 9U. The resulting contract will include initial deliverables, and optional deliverables for a period until 31 March 2027. Delivery of the items is within Ottawa, Ontario. Detailed specifications of the required cases can be found at Annex “Statement of Requirement” of the attached Solicitation of Offers. Nature of Requirement: The 7 Comm Group, J6 Deployed Services Section, requires a multi-year contract providing ruggedized transport cases with inner frames in 6U, 7U and 9U rack unit sizes. Delivery Date: 31 March 2025 (initial deliverables) Competitive Procurement Strategy: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements.
