The Department of Cannabis Control has approved a small outdoor commercial cannabis license for RX Mountain Farms located in Hayfork, Trinity County, California. Pursuant to Business and Profession Code Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 26012, the project involves the development of 9,996 square feet of mature cannabis canopy consisting of 204 raised boxes, 600 square feet of immature canopy within one hoop house, and 3,284 square feet of support structures. The site will be accessed via a private road and will utilize an onsite well for water and an onsite septic system for domestic wastewater management. The project is certified as exempt from further environmental review under CEQA Guidelines Section 15183, as it is consistent with local zoning, community plans, and established development density policies.
