If you believe you can contradict this letter, please submit the complete cost proposal including descritptive literature and detailed specifications by the submission date. To Whom it may concern, We understand the School District is considering putting out to bid contracts for Electronic Security, Structured Cabling, Fiber Optics, and Audio Video within the School District. We would respectfully ask the you consider making us the “ Sole Source Vendor “ for these installations due to the following justifications: 1. If any other contractor works on a facility’s Electronic Security, Structured Cabling, Fiber Optics, and Audio Video installed previously by Fiber Solutions, all warranties become void. 2. Fiber Solutions works to form a partnership with organizations, so we provide Engineering services for projects. All previous Engineering for past and future projects is intellectual property of Fiber Solutions, and is not available to other vendors. Any Engineering required at that point would come with an additional cost. We believe these reasons sufficient to designate Fiber Solutions a Sole Source Vendor for Low Voltage Technology Projects.
