This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W913E5-15-T-0005 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562910 which has a size standard of $20.5M. This is a total small business set a-side. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) has a requirement for asbestos abatement services to be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in the attached RFQ.
