The General Services Administration (GSA) Northwest Arctic Region plans to award a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract for grounds maintenance services at six Border Stations in Washington State, including three sites in Blaine and one each in Lynden, Point Roberts, and Sumas. The contract covers maintenance for a total turf area of approximately 329,057 square feet and planted areas totaling 105,957 square feet. The initial performance period is twelve months beginning April 1, 2008, with four one-year option periods thereafter. The procurement will follow FAR Part 12 and Part 15 regulations and aims to be set aside for HubZone-certified small businesses, with a determination based on industry responses received by November 9, 2007. Interested and eligible firms are invited to submit proposals by approximately December 13, 2007, through the solicitation that will be posted around November 15, 2007, on the designated government procurement website. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before award. The contract will be evaluated using Best Value Procedures, with evaluation criteria detailed in the solicitation. Questions and communications should be directed to Contract Specialists Carla Born or Susan Haas via email or phone. The solicitation and any amendments will be accessible online, and it is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor for updates to ensure compliance and submission by the deadline.
