The Richland Township Municipal Authority, of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, is seeking sealed proposals online via the PennBid Program until Friday, August 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. for Contract No. 2026-02 – S.R. 0910 & Community Center Drive Waterline Replacement Project. The bid opening shall be conducted virtually. Bidders can contact the Authority for a link.

No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the opening of the bids.
Contractor shall submit an E-Verify Program Verification in compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act 127 of 2012.
BIDDER'S SURETY A certified check payable to Richland Township Municipal Authority or a bid bond on the bid form executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by the OWNER, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid, must be submitted with each bid or bids will be considered nonresponsive and immediately rejected.
