No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the opening of the bids.
Contractor shall submit an E-Verify Program Verification in compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act 127 of 2012.
BIDDER'S SURETY A certified check payable to Richland Township Municipal Authority or a bid bond on the bid form executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by the OWNER, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid, must be submitted with each bid or bids will be considered nonresponsive and immediately rejected.
SUCCESSFUL BIDDER awarded this contract shall provide a performance surety in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount.
