S -- Retail Electric Provider

The contract outlines a requirement from the Air Education and Training Command (AETC) for a Retail Electric Provider (REP) and Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE), Level IV, to serve three Air Force bases in Texas: Goodfellow, Laughlin, and Sheppard.
