Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract Extension The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC, intends to award a sole source contract extension under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The award will be made to Beam Cleaning Services LLC, Gainesville, VA 20155. The requirement is for Rollback Dumpster Services for Arlington National Cemetery (ANC). This action will result in a three month period of performance extension to a Firm-Fixed Price contract, commencing on 01 Jan 2011 through 31 March 2011...
