S119--Grout Restoration and Maintenance Puget Sound VA

The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Network Contracting Office 20, is conducting market research to identify qualified contractors capable of providing grout restoration and maintenance services across the Puget Sound VA Health Care System, including the Spokane VAMC and other associated campuses. The scope involves restoring approximately 15,394 square feet of ceramic tile and grout and maintaining up to 40,000 square feet of tile and terrazzo flooring, with tasks including deep cleaning, grout color sealing and replacement, removal of existing polymer coatings, application of Proprius-One siloxane sealant, and use of EPA List-N approved disinfectants like Bioesque. The work must meet strict quality standards, including a five-year warranty against wear, yellowing, and delamination, and requires certified technicians to perform services with time-stamped, barcoded electronic reporting.
