The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (GSA/PBS) utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13), intends to make an award to SaaS Maint DBA Asset Optics, Birmingham, Michigan under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. GSA/PBS is seeking to acquire Saasmaint software which is a Salesforce plugin to support the NHPA application built on the Salesforce platform in 2012. Without this license renewal and 12 months of subscription support, NHPA will not be accessible to its end users. NHPA supports the National Historic Preservation regional POCs and allows them to provide mandatory compliance.. The proposed contract is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. The NAICS code is 423430. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The government will consider all responses received by 10:00 am. ET, Friday, March 10, 2017. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
