INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Safari Books Online Subscription, SS-CFPB-17-056 The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (FS), on behalf of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) intends to make award to O'Reilly Media, Inc. -1005 Gravinstein Hwy. N. - Sebastopol, CA 95472- on a sole source basis under FAR Authority 13.5 for a Safari Online subscription. Safari Books Online is an online access to electronic books, training courses and associated content on business, leadership and information technology. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. This synopsis is for information purposes only. A request for more information will not be considered an affirmative response to this Special Notice. Telephone responses or inquiries to this Special Notice will NOT be accepted. FS will consider written responses received no later than 10:00 am ET 22 June 2017. Responses must be submitted electronically to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov Attn: D.Holbert / CGropp. Responses must include sufficient evidence that clearly shows the vendor has an online subscription, covering the same audience and content.
