English Title: Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Safety and Environmental Verification Services for MARLANT and MARPAC, Halifax (NS), Esquimalt (BC) and Satellite Sites across Canada English Description: Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for CFB Halifax, Esquimalt (BC) and Satellite Sites across Canada Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents. The SOA will be for a period of one (1) year with optional four (4) one-year extensions with a maximum estimated value of $2,000,000.00. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $ 8,000.00 and $ 20,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up is $75,000.00. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information. Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
