The government requires Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) refuse collection and disposal services to support military exercise operations at the Cowtown in Saipan CNMI (Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands) from June 1st through July 16th. The contractor must provide a minimum total container capacity of 40 cubic yards at Cowtown with the flexibility to utilize any combination of commercial dumpster sizes to meet these volumetric requirements. This is a performance-based service requiring a minimum of weekly collection; however, the contractor must dynamically adjust the service frequency to ensure no container ever exceeds 80% of its capacity at any time. The contractor is responsible for all hauling and lawful off-site disposal in accordance with local CNMI regulations, ensuring zero spillage during operations.
