The U.S. Department of the Interior, through the Bureau of Reclamation at the Denver Federal Center in Colorado, has issued a firm-fixed-price contract award notice for the procurement of one Q-FOG SSP-600 Cyclic Corrosion Chamber or an equivalent system, intended for use by the Reclamation’s Materials and Corrosion Laboratory to evaluate the corrosion resistance of coatings in compliance with ASTM B117 and ASTM G85 standards. The contractor must have at least five years of experience manufacturing cyclic corrosion chambers and is responsible for ensuring the system arrives undamaged and fully equipped, with all necessary parts, to the loading dock at entrance S-6 of Building 56. The Government will furnish water, power, compressed air, and ventilation, and commercial warranties will be leveraged to the maximum extent practicable. Delivery must occur within 90 days of contract award, under “Delivered to Place” terms, with the contractor bearing full responsibility for shipping, security compliance, and documentation to satisfy federal site access requirements. This procurement is a total small business set-aside under FAR 19.5, requiring all offerors to be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of award and to provide confirmations of all applicable representations and certifications in SAM.
