Sampling, Monitoring, Reporting and Support Services for Wastewater

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform Sampling, Monitoring, Reporting and Support Services for Wastewater at Camp Roberts located off Highway 101 at Camp Roberts CA 93451 for a period of 17 months to begin on or around November 1, 2024, through March 31, 2026, in accordance with the technical specifications.
To be considered eligible to bid on this contract, the prospective Contractor shall maintain a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Grade III certification and must provide documentation showing at least 3 years experience in both of the following: A. Providing consulting services to similar WWTPs (including inspections, sampling, and required reporting); and B. Sampling media for PFAS analyses.
This project requires the Contractor to have a current California Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program  (ELAP) certification or use subcontractor that maintains current California ELAP certification. The contract will also require analysis of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) that must be conducted by a Department of Defense (DoD) certified laboratory. If subcontractors are being used, proof of their credentials will be required.
