The San Pasqual Band of Diegueno Mission Indians Native Oaks Village Fee-to-Trust Project, managed by the Bureau of Indian Affairs Pacific Regional Office, involves placing approximately 8.5 acres of land in Valley Center, San Diego County, California, into federal trust status. This land acquisition enables the Tribe to develop a commercial complex with a total footprint of 76,891 square feet. The planned development includes a 51,163-square-foot grocery store, a 6,008-square-foot convenience store, 19,720 square feet of additional commercial buildings, 12 fuel pumps, and 330 parking spaces.
