The Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("The Town") is hereby inviting qualified contractors to submit competitive bids to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct all civil and structural improvements for the Sand Transfer Plant Pipeline Repairs as depicted on the plans and in these specifications to provide a complete and functional system. The project includes removal and replacement of the crane support top plate, installation of a new embedded steel plates, installation of a new stainless steel plate splash guard, and TV inspection of the concrete embedded sand transfer suction for the sand Transfer plant.
Engineers opinion of cost for this project is $940,066.

The Town shall have the ability consider other factors, in addition to price, when determining the lowest responsive and responsible bidder once the bid closes. The Town reserves the right to award on an all-or-none basis or on a line-by-line basis. Prices quoted must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the close of the bid.
