Database for Market Research and Risk Assessment. The Contractor will provide market research and financial risk analysis database so that MARAD can risk assess new financing applications and existing credits in its portfolio on an ongoing basis and continue to implement federal credit best practices. The database should provide: • Historical and current risk ratings for public and private companies; • Fundamental data for public and private companies; • Macroeconomic data; • News analysis, filtering, and alert service that provides categorized news and corporate event data that is aggregated; • CDS spreads at different tenures and corporate yield curves for pricing purposes; • Credit analytic templates and credit surveillance templates; • Aggregated intelligence at sector, sub-sector, industry and company level; • Multimedia recordings on topics currently affecting the market; • Deep dives at instrument and security level; • Early-warning signals from the Credit Default Swap (CDS) marketplace; • Three years of company financials with easy click-through to original filings for rated and unrated entities; • Details on company professionals, board members, regulatory filings, key developments; and • Ability to enter financial data for private companies for which MARAD provides financing and analyze them.
