Sandy Pines Park: Initial Phase

The City of Hickory is soliciting sealed bids for the Sandy Pines Park Initial Phase project, identified as Project No. 27-005. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive site improvements and park construction, including mass and fine grading, demolition, clearing, landscaping, utilities, and the construction of a restroom building. Bidders must be licensed by the State of North Carolina and demonstrate previous experience by having completed at least two similar projects within the last ten years.
