Santa Fe Holistic Health, LLC has been authorized to operate a small indoor commercial cannabis facility at 1419 Santa Fe Ave, Long Beach, CA, within an existing two-story building covering 6,198 square feet on a 4,000-square-foot lot in the General Industrial (IG) zoning district. The site, located on relatively flat land between Cowles Street and W. 14th Street with no natural features in the vicinity, requires only city-approved health permits and a business license, with no new construction or improvements planned. The project qualifies for a Class 1 Categorical Exemption under the California Environmental Quality Act (CCR §15301), confirming it involves only the operation and maintenance of an existing facility with no significant environmental impact. Licensing is governed by the California Business and Professions Code Section 26012, and regulatory oversight is conducted by the California Department of Cannabis Control. The Department issued the license approval on February 25, 2025, with the solicitation notice posted on July 25, 2025, and primary correspondence directed to Kevin Varzandeh, an Environmental Scientist at the agency. No federal contract clauses, pricing data, delivery schedules, payment terms, or acquisition mechanisms are referenced in the documentation, as this is a state-level cannabis licensing action rather than a federal procurement. The facility is not subject to FAR, DFARS, MIL-STD, or federal contracting requirements; instead, compliance rests entirely on state regulations, environmental exemptions, and local permitting. No Unique Entity ID, small business size certification, socioeconomic designation, or federal representations are provided, and there are no specifications for packaging, marking, inspection criteria, or award evaluation factors. The Department of Cannabis Control maintains administrative contact through its Rancho Cordova mail address, and all environmental documentation is accessible via the state’s CEQA portal. The operation is fully dependent on ongoing adherence to state cannabis laws, local zoning ordinances, and public health standards, with no federal oversight or financial terms outlined.
