This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Bidders to provide Bids for the provision of SIA24019 – Saskatchewan Polytechnic HHR Phase 2 – Regina Respiratory Therapy (RT) as further described in the RFB Particulars (Appendix A). The work involves renovating the 4th and 7th floors of the Saskatchewan Polytechnic – Regina Campus, 4500 Wascana Parkway, Regina, Saskatchewan. The 4th floor will feature new staff workspaces and a Respiratory Therapy training facility for the Health and Human Resources program. The 7th floor will also include new staff workspaces, with both floors renovated according to the drawings and specifications prepared by Strategic Prairie Regional Alliance (SPRA), dated December 12, 2025. Additional InformationA pre-tender site meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. CST (Local Saskatchewan Time) on January 8, 2026. Attendance is not mandatory, however all contractors are encouraged to have examined the existing site conditions prior to submitting a bid. Bidders are to assemble at the main entrance of the Saskatchewan Polytechnic, Regina Campus, 4500 Wascana Parkway, Regina, Saskatchewan.
