Full Description
This is a combined presolicitation/solicitation for commercial SERVICES in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.202(b)(1), as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number FA4600-26-Q-0101 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for The Contractor to provide all management, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for cost-effective operations, maintenance, and repair of the SATCOM Campus. This includes all Real Property (RP), Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE), and associated systems. The Contractor's services shall prevent deterioration beyond normal wear and tear to ensure the facility always remains mission capable.
This acquisition is set aside for a small business concern under NAICS 561210, Facilities Support Services. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Attendees must fill out Attachment 04 – Site Visit Entry Form – 8.13.26 and return to the contracting office no later than 28 August 2026 at 9:00 AM CDT to ensure base access for the site visit.
