CCSI aims to enhance the CAF Executive Leadership's access to digital transformation knowledge and expertise to enable strategic decision-making and digital risk management. To accomplish this goal, CCSI seeks a vendor capable of enhancing, piloting, and delivering a comprehensive Digital Enablement Program. The enhancement for this pilot phase will expand from General Officers to include the Colonel / Captain(Navy) rank level (EX-1).
The Department of National Defense intends to establish a single Contract with a single supplier for the provision of digital enablement services.
The contract period will be for One (1) 12-month period from the date of contract award with an option to extend it for up to (One) additional (12) month periods.
There is an incumbent. Ernest and & Young Inc. under contract number CCSI-24-0040 for a contract value estimated at $39,719.50 incl taxes CAD for the period from July 2024 to March 31, 2025, inclusive. Under this new solicitation, evaluations will be conducted with fairness in accordance with the evaluation criteria and selection methodology defined in the RFP.
Please note: That Department of National Defence has already invited 15 suppliers to submit proposals in response to CCSI-SBIPS-24-0052 However, Department of National Defence will extend this invitation to qualified Supply Arrangement holders however the bid close date will not be extended as a result.
