SCADAmetrics EtherMeter EM‐100

NAVFAC Pacific is seeking market information on alternative suppliers for the SCADAmetrics EtherMeter EM-100, a flow metering gateway used in water monitoring systems at Base Guam. The intent is to identify commercially available products that match the performance, integration, and environmental capabilities of the existing device, particularly in compatibility with the Schneider Power Logic ION Enterprise platform and industrial control systems. The required device must support MODBUS RTU/TCP, EtherNet/IP, and ASCII communications over RS-232C/RS-485 interfaces, provide revenue-grade totalization and real-time flow rate updates with forward/reverse flow detection, and accept inputs from absolute encoders and pulse-output meters, with auto-detection of encoder protocols and support for two independent channels. The product must be NRTL certified, manufactured in the USA, and come with a two-year manufacturer warranty.
