The Massachusetts Air National Guard intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price contract (FFP) for a Brand Name or Equal requirement for a SCIF Breaching Kit capable of accessing the specific SCIFs at 102IW, as defined in the attached 1. Product Description document. Additional details are provided in the attachments to this combined synopsis and solicitation.


All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. Paper copies will not be available.
