Full Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, intends to procure the Presto Lifts Inc. Scissor Lift, P/N XP36-15. This will be a 100% small business set-aside, competitive Brand name only procurement for the Scissor Lifts. Presto Lifts Inc., the original equipment manufacturer of P/N XP36-15, does not sell directly to the Government. However, this scissor lift is available through any of their distributors. The government intends to issue a five-year Firm Fixed Price, option type contract. The base year requirement is for (6) each. Four option periods will also be included. Each option period shall include Contract Line Item Numbers for quantities of (1), (2) and (3) each that the Government may choose to exercise for a total maximum quantity of thirty (30) Scissor Lifts for the MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Program. All responses are due within 15 days of this notice This acquisition is being pursued under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Unless stated herein, no additional information is available. Requests for the same will be disregarded. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government.
